- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 product cycle, identifying key emerging trends in AI and Quantum computing.
- Tech Visionary Leadership: Lead a team of architects and engineers in designing scalable, futuristic solutions that align with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Management: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Spatial Computing, Autonomous Systems) to enhance product competitiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate 2026 business objectives into technical specifications.
- R&D Oversight: Manage research initiatives focused on future-proofing our infrastructure against rapid technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and leading innovation initiatives.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and Distributed Systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and mentor senior staff.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
