You will lead a cross-functional team of architects, data scientists, and strategists to identify disruptive trends—from AI integration to quantum computing—and translate them into actionable business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of technical strategists and system architects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for futuristic initiatives and pilot programs.
- Establish frameworks for scalable infrastructure that supports rapid growth and adaptation.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern, future-proof architectures.
- Measure the impact of new technologies using key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or visionary capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on the long term.
