Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects in Generative AI and Neural Interfaces, overseeing proof-of-concept prototypes.
- Team Architecture: Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies and DevOps practices to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure system scalability.
- Future Trends Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to anticipate industry shifts and integrate them into our long-term planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, high-impact projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
