Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable software architectures capable of supporting Agentic AI and Quantum-Safe cryptography by 2026.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the implementation of Generative AI 2.0 and autonomous agent workflows across the enterprise.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype cutting-edge technologies including Neuromorphic Computing.
- Legacy Modernization: Overhaul existing infrastructure to ensure compatibility with emerging Web5 protocols and decentralized identity standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on long-term innovation rather than short-term fixes.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-level technical strategy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Neural Network optimization.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate technological shifts and translate them into actionable engineering roadmaps.
