Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, bridging the gap between current AI capabilities and future quantum realities.
- Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that can handle the immense data loads of advanced AI models.
- R&D Oversight: Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into our core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Quantum Awareness: Understanding of quantum computing principles and emerging quantum algorithms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
