Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead to architect the next generation of digital experiences for the year 2026 and beyond. As the boundaries between physical and digital worlds blur, we are looking for a pioneer to spearhead the integration of Generative AI with Spatial Computing. You will define the technical roadmap for our flagship spatial interface products, ensuring our solutions are not just functional, but transformative.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced Machine Learning models and immersive hardware environments, creating seamless, intuitive experiences that define the future of human-computer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Research & Development strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on the Spatial Web and Neural Interfaces.
- Architect scalable backend systems capable of processing real-time neural data streams and rendering high-fidelity spatial environments.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex AI logic into intuitive, gesture-based user interactions.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into spatial contexts to create autonomous, context-aware digital assistants.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AR glasses, haptic feedback systems) and recommend strategic adoption for product development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on 3D graphics, WebGL, or Spatial Computing platforms (e.g., Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, specifically in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern JavaScript frameworks for cross-platform development.
- Strong understanding of real-time rendering pipelines, physics engines, and spatial mapping algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
