Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of core systems designed for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team focused on AI integration, automation, and next-gen protocols.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies including Quantum Computing and Extended Reality.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability across all engineering projects.
- Drive innovation initiatives and mentor junior developers on advanced engineering practices.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
