Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Solutions: Design and implement robust software architectures that leverage Generative AI and prepare our infrastructure for quantum computing advancements.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core platforms.
- Oversee LLM Integration: Spearhead the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models to enhance user experience and automate complex workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
- Prototype & Innovate: Build and validate proof-of-concepts for next-gen features, pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible in software engineering.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- System Design: Proven ability to design scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
