Responsibilities
- Lead the 'Project 2026' Strategic Initiative: Oversee the end-to-end roadmap for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with company vision and market demands.
- Prototype & Research: Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping breakthrough technologies expected to dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and recommend adoption of next-gen frameworks, AI models, and cloud architectures to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for executives, investors, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement scalable solutions for the anticipated growth of 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating market trends and driving innovation in a competitive environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and Agile methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences effectively.
