Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns emerging tech trends with our long-term business objectives and operational goals.
- Strategic Implementation: Oversee the pilot and scaling of cutting-edge technologies (AI, Automation, Web3) to enhance efficiency and drive competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, strategists, and futurists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and adaptability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical futures into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology trends to identify disruptors and opportunities for market expansion.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, strategy consulting, or a senior technical role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Interfaces).
