Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps focusing on AI ethics, quantum supremacy, and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing moonshot projects with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and other premier research institutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Design patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with 50+ IP applications annually
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years of strategic tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals on emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and sustainable computing
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/VC funding for frontier tech projects
- Global network of connections in DARPA, World Economic Forum, and G20 tech councils
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
