- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning within tech or innovation-focused organizations
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
