Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their societal impact
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current offerings

- Build and lead a dedicated future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast technology trajectories
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts
