As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll translate emerging trends into actionable blueprints while mentoring cross-functional innovators. You'll work in our state-of-the-art innovation hub in downtown San Francisco, collaborating with pioneers from MIT, Stanford, and NASA.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-computing)
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and circular economy transitions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces in AI governance and neurotech
- Design ethical frameworks for human-machine symbiosis and autonomous systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of executing long-term tech roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform)
- Public speaking at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
- Publication in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
