- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Partner with product teams to translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2024-2025)
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio management
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
