- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members with data-driven insights

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience with cross-continental tech policy development
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
