Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Architect scalable solutions addressing challenges in climate resilience, human augmentation, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and investor relations
- Mentor junior strategists and establish best practices for emerging technology adoption
- Present findings to industry panels and publish thought leadership in leading tech publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or blockchain infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in complex systems
