Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 in AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market analysis
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Nurture partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (3+ examples)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, or biotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
