Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation through R&D investments and pilot program execution
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech fields
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (articles, patents, etc.)
