Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Develop innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and time-to-market
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-proof solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment portfolio management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals preferred
