Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype disruptive solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their commercial implications
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future research agendas
- Mentor innovation teams in ethical tech development frameworks
- Track competitor disruption vectors and emerging threat landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
