Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI and biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, climate tech) to identify competitive advantages
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in 2020s tech disruption
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Successful track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
