Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with market disruption timelines
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, spatial internet, biocomputing)
- Design strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
- Create predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members using data-driven storytelling
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, spatial computing, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with >$100M ARR
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futures Studies
