Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 500+ employees
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio of commercialized future-tech innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
- Clearance for DOE/NIST-level security protocols
