Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling AI systems from prototype to production
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and venture capital innovation circles
