- Design governance protocols for AI/ML systems and ethical tech deployment
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Develop KPIs for measuring technological ROI and innovation maturity
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate tech innovation
- Proven track record of scaling technological transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
