Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and metaverse integration
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market shifts to identify competitive opportunities
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology vision and progress to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor a team of 10+ specialists in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for future innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching products in AI, quantum computing, or immersive tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Strong understanding of blockchain, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and product development methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
