Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy across quantum AI, decentralized systems, and climate-tech innovation
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives involving machine learning, biotech, and space-tech convergence
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global regulatory bodies for future-tech governance
- Develop ethical frameworks for AGI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present future-tech roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech specializations
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to global deployment
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Deep understanding of tech policy implications and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
