Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into core business strategy
- Drive innovation through incubation programs for moonshot projects
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
