Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological milestones and product capabilities for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and market research on cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, edge computing, and quantum readiness.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with R&D teams, venture capital arms, and academic institutions to source and evaluate disruptive technologies.
- Innovation Management: Design and implement frameworks for rapid prototyping and testing of future-state solutions.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex technical trends into compelling business narratives for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and regulatory landscapes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems architecture within a major tech corporation or consultancy.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term strategic visions and successfully executing complex transition plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high levels of uncertainty.
