Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI and risk assessment
- Experience with international tech policy and standards bodies
