Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead ideation sessions for quantum-resistant security protocols and decentralized AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to implement predictive maintenance solutions for smart cities
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and ambient IoT
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing principles
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (2019-2023)
- Certification in Futurology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with cross-functional agile methodologies in complex projects
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption trends
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
