Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum computing applications
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology ecosystems through 2030
- Design scalable infrastructure for metaverse interoperability and Web3.0 integration
- Mentor technical teams on emerging paradigm shifts and future-proof development practices
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum systems, neural interfaces, or climate tech
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published research or patents in next-generation technology fields
- Deep familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and other AI governance frameworks
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams in agile environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to non-technical audiences
