- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies with 5+ year scalability
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market readiness
- Define ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype carbon-negative computing solutions
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2030 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams to 50+ engineers
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience with ISO 26000 and ESG tech compliance frameworks
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 5-year tech roadmaps
