Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading tech research institutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across multiple markets
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
