Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology pilots
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies on future tech policy development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 7-figure budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Thinking (e.g., CTS)
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Experience building ethics committees for AI/robotics deployment
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
