Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and technology adoption readiness
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: AI ethics, quantum computing, sustainable tech
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFIP, CSM)
