Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with emerging AI, blockchain, and biotech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize quantum computing applications
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026's grand challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience scaling startups from Series A to IPO
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech commercialization successes
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
