Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum-encrypted AI systems and next-gen IoT networks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in carbon-negative computing
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into enterprise strategy
- Mentor a cadre of futurists through our '2026 Visionary' accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog)
