Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-focused solutions
- Analyze quantum computing and AI convergence opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Identify and mitigate ethical implications of next-gen tech
- Pioneer sustainable tech frameworks for future infrastructure
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to production
- Experience with federal tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Certification in Quantum Engineering (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized systems
