Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to position InnovateNext as a 2026 technology frontrunner
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Create executive-level technology briefings translating complex innovations into actionable business strategies
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with $1M+ budgets
- Establish KPIs measuring long-term technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies with enterprise-scale impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neuro-interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
