Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/ML and quantum computing applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, metaverse infrastructure)
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum computing and biotech pioneers
- Architect scalable frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with focus on emerging technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching ventures valued at $50M+
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on tech disruption patterns
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with metaverse development engines (Unreal Engine 5, Unity)
