Responsibilities

- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of 5+ researchers and engineers through agile development cycles
- Secure $20M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE and Nature journals
- Oversee $15M innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching commercialized quantum/AI solutions
- Expertise in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing government SBIR/STTR grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy landscape
