Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic tech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, bio-digital interfaces) for commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Collaborate with governments on policy for 6G networks and space-based tech infrastructure
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Manage R&D budgets for forward-looking innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on tech ethics
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global collaboration
- Experience with NASA/ESA tech innovation programs preferred
- Portfolio of at least 3 implemented futuristic solutions
