Responsibilities

- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems in regulated industries
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformation strategies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with global impact potential
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative tech solutions
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging field methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2020+ innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technologies
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (or equivalent impact)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-tech solutions
