Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech initiatives into product development pipelines
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation opportunities to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive cross-functional adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience developing and presenting technology roadmaps to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
