Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and validate market viability
- Conduct deep-dive research on exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product development, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience building innovation frameworks and managing R&D roadmaps
- Certified in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
