Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and Web3 infrastructure
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging tech into core business operations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Build strategic alliances with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor a team of 8 specialists across AI ethics, blockchain development, and AR/VR
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML projects with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing principles and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization projects
