- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine collaboration
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Track record of launching innovative products with >$100M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level and investor audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation transformations
