Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for R&D acceleration
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech governance
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of emerging technologists and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in developing and scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience with government innovation programs (e.g., DARPA, NSF) or corporate venture arms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Future Studies preferred
- Prior experience building high-performance innovation teams
